i love this! its good for constipation, very gentle, not as harsh, painful and damaging as dulcolax

Worked well for my colonoscopy prep. I mixed this with water and it dissolved immediately. It didn’t have any taste. I did have to take Ducolax in addition to the mixture as advised by my Doctor. I was nervous as to what to expect since this was my first time doing this and peoples told me about their bad luck. I was already on a low fiber diet then liquid diet 2 days prior to my procedure so it made the process easy for me. You will want to be closer to a bathroom for the next few hours as it started working within the next 45 minutes for me. (This may not be your case since everyone is different). I did not have any cramping and let me just say, I felt like I was releasing like a faucet 🤷🏽‍♀️ My procedure went great and the doctor gave me a clean bill of health and I’m good to go until the next 10 years 😊 I would recommend this product .
