I love these covers
This is the second time I have brought these covers for my freestyle and would not be without them. I have what they call silicone skin, nothing seems to stick to my skin and stays on. I have tried other covers but to no avail, but just to make sure they don't come off before the time I also use tacks, not the ones you hammer into the wood work lol. These little tacks I found on here are like little wipes like the ones used before you have an injection, we'll these tacks are extremely sticky so I use them as well. I have used the covers with out the tacks and they do stay in place a lot longer than the other covers but useing tacks alongside the covers the cover stays in place untill I have to take it off, but the covers I really recommend they are worth there money, and considering you get 50 covers and you only use 2 per month they go a long way for what you pay 5 stars 🌟 for the quality and cost. I do recommend that you have help putting the cover over the libra sensor as on your own and not being able to use both hands can make the cover hard to get on unless you put your sensor in a place where you can use both hand, I dont use my arms for the sensor anymore I use my upper thigh chest and tummy and the sensor works fine so no more struggling with covers and putting the sensor on anymore.

Avoid
Really really thin dressings, nearly impossible to apply, then if you do succeed (after say ten tries) after one shower they're off as there is next to no adhesive to keep them in place, total waste of money, wouldn't let me give a zero rating hence the one star but they're not worth that

Not painfully sticky!
Easy to put on properly, once you work out how to do it. Goes on neat. Stays good for abot 10 days, then starts peeling and gets a bit scruffy, but gives the confidence of protecting your sensor and not too difficult to slowly peel off, when you're se sensor expires! Great.

Ok if a carer is there to Help
These work ok but. Need a second person to help install them in place on the arm'sNot for aged people on their own. They crease up and stick to everywhere they touchOnce in place they work fine and keep the sensor dry when in use.

PERFECT SOLUTION BUT A BIT FIDDLY...
I was not sure what to expect having reading the mixed reviews. However, I took a chance based on the positive reviews and was very pleased I did. These are hard to put on as you have to remove a rigid hard cover that is placed on the top of the plaster but if you do it gently and slowly you will end up with perfect adhesion.I am a bit of a fidget when asleep so this was the ultimate test. I was pleasantly surprised to find that these plasters hold the sensors on well for the entire 14 days. I can definitely recommend. I have not had any more sensors drop off and the worst that has happened is that the edges have curled a little but not caused any issues at all. I can only assume that the negative reviews are either down to faulty batches or not adhering them to the skin correctly.
