Lifesaver
This mixes easily into water or seltzer, and doesn't really change the taste by much - a slightly metallic aftertaste maybe, but you have to be looking for it to notice it. I have fibromyalgia, so I NEED electrolytes after a workout to reduce muscle cramping, but with high blood pressure you need to avoid salt! This product came to my rescue! My energy recovery is faster, and I haven't had muscle cramping when I use this after workouts that always caused cramping before.

These hydration drops are great, I put them in everything I drink and have noticed a significant difference in the frequency of my migraines, how much energy I have and my ability to concentrate on work and taking care of my family. Stock up for Summer
This product is the only electrolyte that has been effective in reducing cramping due to hydration. It’s easy to use and very effective. My only complaint is the taste and easy to mask with some lemon juice.

Living in the Arizona heat I’m hoping this product keeps me hydrated and limits mineral loss. A great item to add to my daily water intake especially not needing to purchase electrolyte water separately

NO MORE RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME
Love this!! I put it in my water. It has not taste other than salt so a few drops will do but it keeps me from getting restless less syndrome.

Leaky But Worth It
Let me start off by saying I absolutely love this product. I've had muscle issues for a while now and Gatorade used to somewhat help, and I absolutely despised taking mag pills or even the powder... this stuff though? Few drops into.. literally whatever I'm drinking and bam. I'm golden.The issues, however, lies with the bottle itself. I'm not sure what causes it but every single one I've bought, and I've bought this 5x now.. but the bottle will eventually leak around the cap.I highly suggest y'all find a different bottle or something to put this into because it doesn't seem like it's a one time thing. I was giving it a few chances but it's happened again this last time.Excellent product, would rate it 5/5.. but the poor bottle design is like a 1.5/5.. hence my rating.

Homemade sparkling mineral water
Not sure about the suggested benefits in the title of the product, we bought this as a “mineralizer” for carbonated filtered tap water on order to get a “mineral water” taste. Used in conjunction with the Asfolia carbonation kit we get homemade sparkling mineral water. Works great, tastes good, saves money.

Need low sodium
I bought because of the low sodium. I take a electrolyte daily and this has worked great for me. It dissolves easily.
