Works better than vacuum based pumps
As a former amateur wine maker, I know a little about both making wine and preserving it properly. I have been using this product for the last 3.5 years and it has replaced the previous vacuum based pump system I use to use ( Vacuum Vin). Because it does a better job , IMO. Primarily Because in my experience the vacuum pump did not get all the oxygen out. The three gases used are all inert, non toxic and do not affect the taste of the wine. I can not attest if it does as good a job for longer periods of time, like my more expensive nitrogen based system that I use to use. Because I usually finish an opened bottle of wine within the next week or so. And it works great in keeping the wine fresh tasting for at least that period of time. What’s not to like. It works and it is inexpensive. And I do not feel like I have to finish an open bottle of wine within the next day or two, like I did with the Vacuum Vin pump. This is important to me , Since I like to match the wine I am drinking with the food I am eating. And , as a result, I usually have 5 or 6 different wine varietals all open at the same time, using Private Preserve as the wine preservative .

Keeps wine drinkable for days
Works really well for keeping wine drinkable after several days. If you often have leftover wine this product will prevent the oxidation that turns wine into vinegar after a few days. I use it often and it lasts for many uses even though the can feels empty.

Great Product
I've tried various devices/ways to preserve wine for a few days (2-4) after uncorking it. This product works the best and it is pretty easy to use. Decent price for the 3-pack. Giving it 5 stars.

My favored preservation technique
I’m a wine sales rep, and before that a buyer. Out of all the preservation techniques, this seems to be the best. You still have to keep in mind which varietal you’re trying to keep fresh, some will still fall apart sooner than others. Pumps seem to steal aromatics. I don’t like the fridge, as I don’t trust the frequent temperature changes and don’t have the space. Coravin is too expensive. If I open a red wine Monday, with this, it’ll almost always last to the end of the week.

Good product, not so good shipping
The order was delivered quickly. Shipping was in a bag this time instead of the usual box. Bag was roughed up and the caps were all loose on the three pressurized containers. Impossible to know if any of the product was lost as it is a gas with no residue. The cans appear to still be fully pressurized but, again, hard to tell. Last time the box was roughed up, this time the bag was. Better shipping plan is needed. I like the product, it works as advertised.

Love it
My first review. Great product, keeps red wine fresh for weeks! Haven't used anything else for years. Gone on vacation and wine was still ok when I returned. Only get about 30 uses per canister I think but still worth the purchase. I use it on whites also.

Highly recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to finish a bottle in one night. Definitely helps preserve the freshness.

I’ve been using these for years and they may seem expensive, but they last for many uses and are worth it to save the wine for the next time. Another option to save wine is to pour it (with a funnel) into a smaller wine bottle. I have 1/2 and 1/4 size bottles on hand for that. The fuller the bottle, the less air and the better it keeps.

This product seems like a really cool idea, and to be honest I'm not quite sure how long I can lasts. That said it did seem quite expensive for something that wasn't necessarily a necessity. Nonetheless, seems like a super cool idea and my gift receivers seem to be quite happy with them.

Easy to use and appears to work as advertised in terms of preserving wine.
