I'm petite with a short torso, and this Cotill back brace fits me well. I had to return a different one because it was too wide, and it didn't feel tight enough around the waist. This one is 8" wide. If I'm planning to be on my feet for a couple of hours, I put this brace on, and it prevents lower back pain later. I can feel a difference if I don't use it. What I like about this back brace is the dual adjustable straps, the two pairs of flaps to secure around the waist. The second strap gives extra support. The length of the longer strap is 35", and the length of the shorter strap is 28". I bought another one for my aunt who works in the food industry, and she said it has helped her. For reference, I bought the size S/M, and my waist is about 27". It's comfortable and well-made. I recommend it.

I have to wear a back brace (required for my job by the company) all day. The back brace provided by the company didn't fit me (shoulder straps too short), so I selected this one based on reviews and price. This fit the bill. It does provide good support, and I got some third party suspenders to meet company requirements. I have only one caveat. The support strap is not secured to the 'belt' of the strap with velcro, you have to use the velcro of the opposite side to hold both the support strap and the belt itself. I found some large safety pins, and pinned the support strap to the belt on that side, and it works nicely that way, no discomfort at all. I wear this 6-8 hrs a day, and am very pleased with the overall quality and comfort this brace provides. I recommend it.

I built a barn in April 2016 and ended up with lower back pain. Purchased the support belt and removed the barn in Sept 2018. The belt is great. Supported my back, little too no reoccurring back pain, and I plan to use it with other property owner activity (firewood cutting and hauling). Easy to put on and you can wear it under clothing or on top. Gives close to same support far as I can tell.Also if you have a weak back, sitting at football games can be hard on the back. I am going to wear it next weekend at the game and see if it helps keep my back from feeling tired/strained.

It does a pretty good job supporting and the pain in my back is defiantly less than without. Big drawback is that’s it is crazy uncomfortable. The double strap system is counterintuitive, the tighter I need it for my back the more secure I make it the more the Velcro digs in almost breaking the skin at times usually have to wear it over a shirt for comfort which leads it to shift and less positionally reliable.

This is the best brace i’ve Ever purchased. It stays in place, no rolling up or twisting and give awesome support. I work as a RN, I’m constantly walking or up and down in my chair causing strain to my low back. When I we this brace, I get complete support, posture correction and no low back strain. I’ve purchased many back braces over the years, some very expensive and some less expensive, but none compares to this one in quality and cost. I would recommend this brace to everyone. It’s light and comfortable. I Love It!

Decided on a whim to try out a back brace due to my lower back pain I have had now for about 2 years from sitting at a computer desk for work. I have been going to the Chiropractor about once a month as well as getting a professional massage every few months as well. Those seem to work for a few days following the appointments but then my lower back starts to hurt again. Some mornings it's even tough to get out of bed...let alone trying to bend down in the shower and grab the shampoo.I received this brace last night and immediately put it on over my T-Shirt...all I can say is Wow! I immediately felt relief from my back pain. I don't know exactly how these things work, but I'm assuming it puts pressure on your lower back and pushes it toward the front of your body. I'm no product engineer, but I do know that this thing works. I had it on for about an hour while walking around the house, cooking dinner, and sitting down watching TV...and my back never hurt once during the whole time. I took it off to take some pictures to upload here and surprisingly, my back still didn't hurt after removing it. After 3 more hours of not wearing it, my back was still not hurting...this is like a miracle wrap, so amazing! I did feel pain again this morning when I woke up for work, but I am looking forward to getting this thing back on right when I get home tonight.Give this thing a try, you will not be disappointed! Very well made and should last for years to come!
