RockJam 54 Key Keyboard Piano with LED

Hiccup with delivery which was sorted speedily. Keyboard itself is everything advertised, seems robust with very good sound and feel to it. Very pleased with our choice.

This is incredible value for money, I paid £54.99 for the RJ451 (no seat or stand for the keyboard). It has 350 "tones" (i.e. instruments) and the same number of rhythms. Th piano tone is excellent as are many of the others, some may depend on personal taste but excellent range of choices. Same with the rhythms, you may have to work through to find exactly what you want but it's probably there. To me what lifts this above the others in the price range are the single finger chords, which for some reason don't get much mention in the reviews. Set up your rhythm, select "Single" then "Sync" then all you have to do (using the lower 19 keys) is to press "C" and it plays the C Major chord in your selected rhythm. "C" and the black key to its left gives you C Minor, "C" and the white key to its left gives you C7 and "C" plus both the black and the white key to its left gives you C Minor 7 (Cm7). Same with all the other keys in the lower 19. This gives you instant accompaniment which I find encouraging while I learn! It is very loud if you live somewhere with neighbours who have sensitive ears, it could do with being able to reduce the volume further. What I do is plug my computer speakers in the earphone socket (which cuts off the keyboard speakers) and use the volume control on those. Overall very pleased!

I ordered this ROCKJAM RJ640 61KEY 2022 type because it was the slightly upgraded type with USB and AUDIO inputs. Of cause, what turned up, but the previous model without these features, ( old stock ? ). I tried to return it, and to Amazons credit they agreed no probs. But part of the returns procedure was to print out a returns label. GREAT, my printer was playing up, so I gave up and accepted it. My viewpoint is, why cant they deliver the model I'd ordered and paid for? PS. The keyboard is fine at this price point.

It's a great present for those wanting to make a big noise.

2 Stars – Great Piano, But Disappointing Power Issues “I really wanted to love this piano because the sound quality and key action are fantastic for the price. However, after just a few weeks, it started having power issues. It randomly shuts off while I’m playing, which is incredibly frustrating. I’ve tried different outlets and even replaced the power adapter, but the problem persists.

Bought for my son he absolutely loves it. Played constantly loads of different options of sounds to use. Plus comes with a free app to help you learn even my little one has learnt how to play. Well worth the money.

Purchased in February as a birthday present for my daughter which was in March. After occasional use it has completely stopped working, I purchased a new plug just incase however no use. No sound just a ticking noise! Impossible to try and discuss with anyone online.
