I’ve had this product for over a year
I use this for period cramps and works well for me. Ive had this product for over a year and never had a problem with it. The product doesn’t smell like much. If I recall when I first started using it it did have a lavender scent, but no longer has the same smell, barley any smell. If you follow the directions you shouldn’t have any problems with heating it up. I always put a little mug with some water in it on a plate with the pad before I run the microwave like the instructions say to do.

Mediocre product
Over the last 30+ years I have had several different neck wraps filled with different types of seeds and covered with different types of materials.This ranks last. It is underfilled so that the back of my neck, where most heat is needed, is left with just material as the small quantity of filling drops to the ends.Would not recommend and will be searching for an immediate replacement.

Smells good
I'm a middle school teacher and bought these for the classroom for my female students to use. They smell so good, unlike other heating pads with beans or rice that smell terrible and make me nauseous. They're durable and work well for their intended use. (Just make sure they're put away if you have mice. We have mice in our school and classroom and they decimated one of the heating pads. They ate right through the material and left a huge mess.)
