are these dockers cotton?

Partially. The tag says 64% cotton, 34% polyester, and 2% elastane

Are these dockers wrinkle free?

They are pretty much wrinkle free if you hang them up right out of the dryer. We never touch up with iron.

Is the color dark pebble like a dark khaki? Or is it more of a gray color?

I would call them taupe.. They look gray until you hold them up next to a gray pair and then you can tell the difference. Kind of in between khaki and gray

Is timberwolf the same color as in the picture or is it darker or lighter than the picture?

Mine are very close to the color shown.
