Broken in the box
Very upsetting. Bought this for my daughter from Father Christmas. Opened the box on Christmas Day to find the cheap flimsy plastic bowl cracked, so completely useless. Couldn’t send it back and upset my girl so had to use some else but wasn’t clear so unable to see properly. Very upset little girl

Good kit! Easy to follow instructions. My 9 year old really enjoyed making them. Sometimes the gels are a bit hard to squeeze. But overall would recommend

Terrible waste of money
This item is initially fun and easy to use but when the creations dry there is no way of playing with them. The details on the item make it seem like you are purchasing a product that can be created and payed with which this item does not do. The castle is very flimsy plastic, like the packaging on Christmas gifts and breaks very easily, it is also very large so storing it is not easy. The solution sachets are limited and to keep making the characters you need the solution. I like the idea of the product but it is not as described and is not something children can play with more than once. Whilst it was initially fun, it's a very expensive craft experience that you cannot keep once you have finished as the creations shrink and dry up then crack in a day.

Sometimes difficult for small hands to use and doesn't always go firm if too much Gelz used. Granddaughter got frustrated with it...
