Great Pumpkin Flavor (we're addicted to the flavors)
Some of the reviews say it has more of a white pepper taste. The order of the ingredients are: Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, AllSpice, Cloves and White Pepper. The spicy kick that people are tasting is not the white pepper but the ginger. Also, the first five ingredients are well balanced and very spicy. My husband and I use it in our hot coffee and iced coffee every day and we are addicted to it. I use to buy artificially flavored Starbucks and Dunkin' pumpkin coffees and they taste good in their own way, but Gramercy Kitchen Company has the recipe perfect and bursting with Fall Flavors. So, if you don't like the kick of Ginger, then you might not like this.

Sweet, mild, cinnamony pumpkin spice
I don't usually buy pre-mixed pumpkin spice, because I mix my own from the raw spices, but I thought I'd give this a shot.It's a small bottle, but filled very full, and comparatively heavy. It smells overwhelmingly of cinnamon. The other spice profiles are much less prominent. I used some in my coffee today, and it added a beautiful "sweet" taste (cinnamon is sweet-tasting) without needing more sugar. For me personally, I'd prefer a little more ginger and spicy kick, but this is a nice mild version and sure to be a crowd-pleaser.I think, for me, the convenience factor is appealing. It's easy to shake a small amount of this over my food without needing to measure or mix anything. The bottle has two shaker hole sizes, on either side, and a tight-snapping flip cap. I do feel it's pretty pricey for the size and quality.

Not for me!
I love Trader Joe’s pumpkin pie spice mix. That said this is not on the same flavor profile at all. TJ’s has a bright flavor with the lemon zest that they add to their mix. This has white pepper in the mix. When I baked my spice cookies all I could taste was the pepper. Not what I was looking for. So, it’s not for me, maybe if you want a pepper flavor it could be for you.
