The Fin Ultra Open Skeleton Design allows for more ambient sound to travel through. The addition of the opening to the FIN makes it a better replacement to the Ghost ear mold. The Fin Ultra still maintains the same comfort & security but allows for a higher level of situational awareness for those who need it. Now includes an elbow for universal acoustic tube fit.

Does not come with elbow as pictured
I have always loved this earpiece, very comfortable, especially on long workdays. My ear never gets tired. But recently, they stopped shipping the elbow that is pictured with the earpiece. This piece is very important, if you don't have the right one, the earpiece wont fit right on the clear tube. Tried to contact manufacturer, no word back yet.

Small and did not have good sound quality
I did not care for this product. I had trouble hearing at the normal volume I would have it at using different products. Also was not very durable.
