Very good product to boost the immune system...especially during the winter months...

I purchased this product for prevention of respiratory infections. Unfortunately some of my family members still got sick while taking it. I do realize that this is not a magic pill and other variables may be at play. We continue to take it, hoping it's making a difference for the better.Otherwise, product arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. Each capsule is 500 mg of Quercetin Dihydrate (synthetic compound). Rice flour is the only other ingredient. Some sources say that Quercetin is poorly absorbed on its own, but Bromelain and Vit C increase its absorption. If choosing this product over combination products, it sounds like it may be beneficial to take it with Bromelain or Vit C. Disclaimer - I am not an expert, this is just information I came across in a quick online search.

Nothing wrong but nothing special.

This is an OK product. I purchased this instead of the regular brand Quercetin I had been purchasing. In Feb. '23 this was $18.99, now it is $19.99. There are better deals for quercetin right now@ the same mg. Per capsule.= Nasabeahava pure quercetin 200 capsules 500mg. each =$17.95 is a better deal.

I have read a lot of articles and heard doctors recommending to take Quercetin with the current pandemic going on in the world since 2020. I have been exposed to individuals that have been sick and I take Dr. Valerie Nelson Wellness Booster and it has worked like a dream. It contains echinacea; elderberry; astragulus; olive leaf; dandelion; burdock and goldenseal which I know are so good for increasing immunity especially with what is going on in the world today. Based on her recommendation, I am adding the Quercetin to my daily regimen (1 per day for maintenance) and 3 per day if I am around anyone who is sick to keep my immune system very strong. If you have symptoms, she recommends bumping up the amount to 9/day and it usually will kick out stuff really quickly or at least prevent it from becoming more serious. I also take her Vitamin D. One of my pictures shows how to take the Wellness Boosters, too. I thought that would help you!

I've heard that when you take quercetin and other antioxidants together, that it can help with weight maintenance, or hopefully weight loss! I know this antioxidant (quercetin) is wonderful for your wellness too, especially for cold and flu season. I like that Dr. Valerie Nelson's supplements are made in the USA and trust the purity of her supplements more. I found this Quercetin to be an excellent price, and the best deal online.

I have taken this supplement for over a year now, haven’t experienced any problems.

I think Quecertin is one of those supplements that actually works, but it's not necessarily needed by everyone. Do your own research, but this is definitely one of the best options I've found. I think it takes a long time to notice any effects from it, but that's true of most things.

Received in good order. I take it to tame my mast cells, read that it confers protective benefits for vision too so that's great as I stare at the computer too much.

I bought this without carefully to read supplement facts.This product has no Quercetin 1000mg but maybe has Quercetin dihydrate powder which should deliver 200 mg quercetine per tablet or by supplement facts has claim 20 % potency.Felling cheated by front false claim "quercetin 1000 mg per serving I doubt that has any quercetin at all.
