My husband snores and I’ve been struggling to sleep for 5 years now with bulky ear plugs that have never worked for me. I’ve tossed and turned every night because I’m such a light sleeper. I have small ear canals and didn’t know there was anything out there that would work for me until I found these! The first night I used these, I slept the entire night without waking up once!!! I woke up feeling refreshed and energized in a way I haven’t felt in 5 years yall!!! Every night since getting these I’ve slept so much deeper and don’t wake up at all during night. If you have small ear canals, these are a MUST!!!!

The only earplugs that aren’t painful to wear.
These are perfect for small ears! They fit perfectly. I wear earplugs for my 12 1/2 hour a night 5 days a week, and I also use earplugs to sleep and they still aren’t painful. And I can use them over and over again

Best I've Tried
Super soft and the small size compresses and fit into my ear with ease. Their small size make them comfortable when they "de-compress". Noise cancelling is GREAT. I'd definitely recommend these to people with smaller ear canals.

These ear plugs aren't all that slim
I bought this set so I could try out the earplugs without having to buy 40. I have small ears and thought the 'slim' size of the plug might work better but it doesn't. The plugs don't fit my ears no matter how hard I try. They are still too big. I don't think it's a manufacturing issue...I just have weird ears.The little case is nice, and I might use it for a pill case to carry in my car, etc., so I guess my purchase wasn't a total loss.

Too small, too short, painful like other foam ear plugs
I have relatively small ear canals. The best ear plugs I've found so far are the Howard Leight Laser Lite, but after a few hours the pressure causes pain. I tried various smaller ones, but couldn't get a good deal. Same problem with these. They're very small, so your ear canals need to be really small for these to seal. If I push them in very far, or use them backwards (thanks to whoever mentioned that idea in their review,) I can get them to seal, but despite the small size, I still get pain after a while. If they work for you pushed very far in, a good idea might be passing a thread through the end with a needle, and tying it into a loop, so you have something to grab on to.Since none of the foam ones work for me, I'll try the Ohropax wax ones again.

Great for small ears.
These fit well for my small ears. Cancels out noise very well, though I found them uncomfortable while sleeping on my side. Back sleepers these would be great!

Better size
I have smaller/petite features and regular ear plugs always hurt my ears after even just a few minutes. These smaller ones are much easier to wear. I do find though that I’m very sensitive and my ear canals would get a little itchy… but that’s not really a product flaw. Sound reduction was decent. Could still hear my upstairs neighbour with loud bangs but muffled, couldn’t hear them walking at all.
