Helped lots with hair
I lost lots of hair due to infection and this helped stop that and grow most of it back. Small pink pills. No taste easy to swallow

Started loosing hair
I noticed ,but did not pay too much attention that I was loosing hair . Till I went back to my long time barber , and he said ( wow ,what happened to your hair , I won`t be able to make same cut that I used to , You have being loosing lots of your hair in the back top ) . Is this a coincidence ? That I`m getting old . Well I stopped taking all different types of supplements . All in the garbage . And I noticed less hair loosing on my pajama. I might not get back all my hair back I`m afraid . Is my case isolated ? I don`t know .

These are gel caps
Seems to do the job. They are gel caps which are my preferred form of pill. Small and easy to swallow and seem to dissolve easily.

Does the job
I’ve been taking Jamieson biotin for a number of years and it works very well in nail strength, hair growth and clear skin. I can’t see myself ever not taking them.
