I am 5’ tall. I fit in it. I wasn’t comfortable. My husband is 6’ tall, not so comfortable. His feet hung off the end. Very uncomfortable. I requested a return. The seller offered me $30.00 off my next purchase and to keep the hammock for friends to enjoy. They kept my money and it’s been a battle since. They haven’t responded to me. They will tell you they will respond in 2 to 3 business days. No response. Poor business, unlike many other sellers on Amazon. So disappointed!

Instructions were great. Easy to set up and dismantle. Can't wait for it to warm up outside so I can use it.Edited: NOT HAPPY. Finally using. First actual use and the metal support bent when my 140lb daughter used it. We contacted customer service. They did send replacement part but we have had issues taking the bent part off and replacing. The video they sent wasn’t in English and used a tool we don’t have. They WILL NOT REFUND! The metal parts are not durable. Worst product I’ve ever purchased on Amazon.

This is literally the second time I have tried to buy the Mock Hammock and it arrived defective yet again. The first time was a used item in which the under-storage was installed improperly and the mechanism to clip the bars together was broken. The second time around I opted for an unused/new product which arrived today (04/20/2020). Upon receiving the box it was apparent that it was open. When I pulled out the item the first thing I noticed was that the bag strap was broken. In addition just like the first time the under-storage was installed properly...the cup holders are facing inward and not outward (which makes more sense) unlike the stock photos. I didn't even attempt to proceed in setting up this product/checking the hammock material as it was obvious that this item needs to be sent back yet again. For something this pricey I wouldn't never had thought I would have so much trouble with getting an actual good product.

Got this in January. I live in Florida and left it setup on the patio. It is extremely comfortable, easy to setup and break down but I made the mistake of leaving it setup. In a little over 4 months, the material has faded badly and the pin sets to lock the pieces together have rusted to the point where one has seized.It does say portable and the intent is to do just that. This was my mistake BUT if you plan to go to the beach I could see the salt air having the same negative effects over time even if used as intended. Just tear it down and dry it and clean it after each use. Lube the pin sets with WD40 or the like from time to time.

This is a great portable hammock as long as it never gets wet. We recently left this out in a quick rainstorm and nearly every hinge and joint is forming red rust. It's very frustrating considering that the tubes are coated and the buttons appear to be chromed. The hammock itself is very sturdy and comfortable however the amount of rust that formed after one rainstorm is very troubling. You definitely cannot leave this outside 24/7.
