Good.
This grill heats up very quickly and has plenty of power. It works great for simple sandwiches, but with thicker ones, the outside can burn while the inside is still cold. You just need to watch the timing carefully.

I like it but wish it was hotter
Pros: Compact for storage. Spring style so the lid will move and come fully a top the sandwich, no matter the thickness. Non-stick ceramic plates. Toasts a panini AMAZING. Cons: It's not quite hot enough. Does the outside awesome but then I have to finish it in the oven bc it's simply not hot enough to melt the insides :(
