Love this powder! It’s tasty and has been making my hair and nails grow! I just wish it came with a full month supply, that part makes it hard for me to repurchase until the next month, as I only get paid once a month. But I still love this stuff!!

This stuff is magic! It’s a delicious powder that I mix with water once a day that actually has improved the elasticity and smoothness of my skin and has made my hair feel fuller and stronger!

Pros: Good product to mix in hot or cold beverages. Easy packaging for individual use (no messy scoop and I avoid “dusty knuckles”.Con: The flavor was too strong for me and the taste lingered on my tastebuds. Not enough for an entire month supply! 30 packets would be ideal. I probably would then re-purchase on a month to month basis.

Mild taste. Packaging looks eye catching ( it drew my attention in),not great for environment.I see a difference. Still waiting on final opinion. Not many included,for the price.

Talk about a one-two punch!Because of gastric issues and irritation, my doctor recommended a number of enzymes etc. And wouldn't you know, they are included in this formulation so I couldn't be more pleased.I've already been taking collagen for skin, hair, and nails. The collagen that this particular product contains is bioactive, and according to the label, clinically proven to have results in as little as 4 weeks. Since I already take collagen, I did not see a huge difference after 4 weeks, but it did help with my gastric issues. I've been eating certain vegetables again without any problems, and that's huge since I'm a vegetarian.But you're not going to take it if it doesn't taste good.Taste is subjective, so your experience might be different, but I found this to be quite mild and relatively pleasant. Definitely not something I would drink just for the taste, however, it isn't offensive. Maybe just a slight, and I mean very slight, metallic taste. And hallelujah! It isn't overly sweetened with stevia the way that most products that contain stevia are. There must not be much of that particular herb because there's also no stevia aftertaste.The flavor name is raspberry rose, so I was actually expecting a little bit of rose flavor which I love, although many people are not crazy for floral tasting products. Just a subtle berry flavor.I'm so jazzed that it isn't overly sweetened that even if it didn't taste good, I'd be happy.Back to that enzyme blend. It contains a patented protease enzyme blend, as well as beta glucanase, phytase, yay!It's a light pink color, and that coloring comes from beet powder. No questionable dye in this product. Even the packaging is nice, a recyclable cardboard cylinder that is a fuchsia pink. And of course, the individual envelopes are perfect for on the go.I really hope that this review has helped you to make a decision about whether or not this particular collagen and enzyme formulation is for you. It might not be. It's definitely the right one for me, but everyone has different needs or priorities.In any case, best of health to you no matter what you choose!

I have tried several Friska Collagen products. All of them are high quality, and if they are flavored, have a nice fruity flavor without the taste of artificial sweeteners. It does have cane sugar in it, but it doesn't have a sugary taste, and each packet is only 20 calories. I recently lost most of one of my nails due to an injury, and my doctor recommended that I take Biotin; I much prefer to take the Friska brand than anything else because I know it works and it's so much easier to make sure I get my daily dose rather than rely on taking a capsule each day.I drink a lot of water, and these individual packets are easy and portable to put in my purse and add one with no mess to my water bottle. I just rip the packet, pour it in, shake it several times to make sure it's fully mixed, and enjoy. I highly recommend this biotin with collagen! I know it will take awhile to see much nail regrowth, but I have full confidence that this product will help it immensely!

This isn’t too sweet! I hesitated when I saw cane sugar in the ingredients list, but there’s not that much here—not if you’re actively avoiding it every where else. And compared to the horrific sweetness overload of so many of the sugar alternatives, I have to say this was actually a bonus, not a drawback. The taste of this is just right, according to me. It’s just sweet enough and also tart, it has very natural flavors.It also blends really well, and comes in a perfectly sized, easy to open packet. I even love the container it comes in, it’s very attractive.I believe I probably have some sort of genetic issue that makes my nails so weak. I don’t actually know yet. But my mother had steel solid nails up until the day she died. And she was very sick then, and had been for some time. My nails split, crack and peel if I so much as look at them wrong— which is pretty much every other day. They have never been strong.So when I get positive results from anything I take to help them, it’s really just a slight difference. But it’s always appreciated!!! This is a product that is tasty enough to keep trying and that’s also quite rare for me. This tastes like quality. I believe it is a quality product and I definitely recommend this!
