This is the head the should've been OEM from Philips; soft bristles and a smaller / shorter footprint for all of us who are unable to accomodate a loaf of bread sideways into our mouths... Compared to the head that came with the toothbrush ( which in itself is no bad thing, just not as good ). it's a pure pleasure to run one's toungue across the teeth after completed task, I can definitely feel a difference in cleanliness - I'd say due to previously mentioned size, but also taking into account the less wavy top / surface of the bristles, and perhaps the setup of said bristles. Whatever; for me, this is unbeatable, and looking at the price point and amount of brush heads for the price well, Philips, you need to go back to the drawing board and do your homework.

It's like a top brand, the quality of brush is good. No hard or hurt the gum. I am happy with it. It is compatible with Oral-B Vitality Pro.
