I used this press for homemade books! I’ve been making my own paper for about a year and have made some handmade notebooks here and there. Once I have the papers sewn together I put them in the press to glue the spine and it stays there for a few days to dry. It works really well. (I am no expert but here are my humble attempts a book making in the photo 😅)

The "wood" bends when plants are added and the bolts ratchet down. I still needed to pile books on top which leads me to the realization that I didn't need to buy it as long as I have books and cardboard at home.

This press works really well. I only gave 4 stars on the Sturdiness because the top and bottom boards are light weight and tend to bend, but it works just fine. My flowers and leaves came out beautiful. I think I will order a larger one next time for larger leaves and flowers.

The wood is smooth. The layers stack and compress evenly. First flowers and leaves that I pressed turned out well.

It won’t press the center just the corners and I didn’t received any instructions or any paper at all with a code to get the ebook. I’m so disappointed

I liked there was additional instructions to what you could do with dried flowers. Wasn't happy with outside box being damage (it is a gift) and was put in mailer instead of an additional box for protection.

Worked really well for the project I was working on. I had a hard time drying full roses flat but worked great for side flaring. Love this thing.
