The background noise cancellation is the best of any headset I've used. Audio quality is on par with my blue snowball desk mic. Charges quickly in the bundled case. I have two different linux laptops (arch linux and ubuntu) and in both the USB dongle was plug and play no additional configuration necessary to have it easily bounce between connections to my phone and computer. The ease at which it pairs and jumps between sources makes me realize how low quality all of my other blue tooth accessories are. In the car it can smartly pair to my phone for only phone conversations but not media streaming. At first I wanted it to fit more IN my ear and felt like it wasn't fitting properly, but once I switched to the larger ear piece and allowed it to fit more against my ear it stayed put and was easy to hear even when working outside in the yard or hiking through the woods. Only downside is that the speaker could be a little louder, if background noise is really loud (like standing next to a running engine) it can be hard to hear even though the folks you're talking to will be able to hear you clearly. This headset exceeded every expectation I have ever had for one of these types of units. If you travel or work remotely and care about your audio quality and presence in remote meetings do yourself a favor and buy it; it's worth every penny.

I could not be happier with this purchase. I bought this after having another Plantronics voyager headset for three years that served me well till it finally gave out and was not holding a battery life for long. I walk in the morning listening to music so having that function is important to me and I do not like the ear buds. I broke down and put forth the money on this one and it was well worth it! People have said how much better they can hear me as well so I am pleased. Battery life is long and it charges fast as well. I have small ears it did take some getting used to in wearing compared to the other one I had that just had the thin ear piece but now I dont notice it either. Oh how I LOVE the Alexa feature on there as well, because I have them throughout my house lol so now when I am away from home I can ask it things as well!! Plus I have Amazon music so I can listen to my music through it just by asking it to play it. Love that feature as well!! You can also have it set timers for you etc very helpful! Ask it or Google to make phone calls for you. It does so much! Excellent headset!!

Works perfectly, but has a few things I don't like. Difficult to put it on with one hand. Also, it does not always sit properly in the charging stand and sometimes isn't charging when you think it is. It has a fairly long range and it connects seamlessly pretty much every time. I would recommend this.

I've always buy and love...love Plantronics. My previous, I've had for approximately 5 years and thought to upgrade to the voyager 5200 UC. The voyager 5200 UC is the best with sound, noise reduction and battery life. But, I am very disappointed in just making 2 years, the ear piece is separating from the part that goes around your ear. I bought another brand for about $35 and it is just that quality - $35. Not good after one month. I hate to have to buy another Plantronics so soon but the quality in sound is excellent. Need to do better with parts staying together.

My voice is very distorted for those I speak with. It is so bad people cannot understand me. I performed the firmware updates as recommended by the vendor with no success.

One of our UX guys mentioned how great this is in slack for noisy environments. Eventually found myself needing such a thing and wow I just held a team call in a cafe sitting right under their speaker and I came through ‘louder than normal’ with zero background noise (enough to stay off mute) I did a test recording in voice memos while I was there and confirmed that none of the music, clanking, or blending made it past the mics noise cancellation. Only gripe was that soft voices were hard to hear while loud voices hurt a little, so I was frequently on the volume. But the freedom to take calls confidently with background noise is worth it. If it keeps bothering me I’ll probably try the head band version with two ear cups

I have had this unit before and liked it quite well. Then I was in a head-on accident with a drunk driver and lost it in the car somewhere as he hit and spun us around and took out the drivers side of the car. We were teetering on a precipice and had to get our, but I was stuck. An off duty sheriff’s deputy pulled me from the wreckage. Anyway when I got home finally and realized it was totally missing I ordered another one. The price was considerably higher than the first one I had bought 4 years previously, so I thought it may be new and improved but I am sadly mistaken. It disconnects in mid conversation and does not take a voice command like my other on did. Sorely disappointed in Plantronics!

The noise cancellation could be better, but I wear glasses and the glasses arm may be what interferes. Good battery life and multi device connectivity is a must when you're carrying 2 phones for work. The only negative is the top drop in charge feature is hit is or miss. You need to jiggle it to get a connection or it may not charge. The inside charger works fine tho. I am impressed with there still being a USB charger port on the bottom. That's a nice touch for the absent minded amoung is who forget to pocket the case in the morning.

I have tried many of these Bluetooth headsets for conversations and none can compare for features, comfort, clarity / quality, and ease of use. The price is a shocker but it's worth it if you spend lots of your time on the phone every day.

Utiliser avec mon cellulaire et parfois avec l'ordinateur. J'aurais aimé qu'on me propose une base filaire, un fil adaptateur ou une autre option qui pouvait-être branché au téléphone standard car j'ai cherché sans succès avant de faire mon achat. Après l'avoir acheté j'ai reçu une publicité avec le même oreillette Bluetooth mais avec la base filaire. Ce que je cherchais au départ. Je ne peux pas racheter un autre kit avec une oreillette Bluetooth avec la base......je vais faire quoi de la 2e oreillette. Après avoir vérifié pour acheter la base seulement je n'est pas trouvé !!
