Don't every struggle with cutting a pineapple again and don't every buy canned pineapple! This tool is ingenious and so simple to use in less than 2 minutes after unboxing we had sweet juicy pineapple slices that pays for itself. So if you can find pineapple in season and on sale, go this route. Comes in 3 pieces: The shaft, the handle and the dicing ring. Although if you only want slices, you don't need the dicing ring. The T-handle snaps in and after cutting the top off, you simply drill down into the center of the pineapple all the way to the bottom and then pull up. Take the handle off and empty the pineapple into a bowl. Couldn't be simpler. Clean up is also easy with a little soap and water.

If you like fresh pineapple, this is the best kitchen product investment you can make. A must have!

So I bought this a while ago and just finally used it today. Everyone loves fresh pineapple, but no one I know loves cuttin them up. In my house if a fresh pineapple is not cut up right after the groceries are unpacked the chances of it "growing old" on the counter top are about 100%. Hence my purchase of this pineapple corer/slicer. First the good: this actually works. Follow the directions on the box and in less the three minutes your pineapple is cored and sliced very cleanly. To be fair the hollow "husk" that is left can have a pretty fair amount of good pineapple left behind. I cut the husk into 1/4's and trimmed that off with a sharp knife. That's very quick and reduces waste. Overall I love this thing! The bad: The plastic thing that cuts the cored pineapple into chunks is junk, just save yourself some aggravation and throw it away. If you want one that actually works a cheap apple corer/slicer with stainless blades is the way to go. The way the blades are fastened around the center tube there are a lot of crevices that trap pineapple fibers, which have to be cleaned out. Those are all around the blades, which are very sharp and it is very easy to end up bloody (ask me how I know that). In summary, if you love pineapple and hate cutting it up, this tool is for you. Just be very careful when you clean it, it is very sharp and it will bite you.

I can’t believe I waited this long to buy a pineapple corer. Saves us so much time and almost no mess! I used to avoid buying whole pineapple because it took forever to cut up but now I buy them constantly because it’s so quick and easy. I also love that the base of the corer is stainless steel so it’s sturdy. For the price, this is a no brainer. Highly recommend!!!

Very easy to use, build quality is perfect and easy to clean after usage. What's not to like about this item.

It’s easy to use and works well. However, depending on the size of the pineapple, you may need to do some additional cutting on the sides to avoid wasting a large portion of the fruit. Sometimes I end up using a knife instead, as it can be quicker.

i ordered this product following a conversation with my eldest son-in-law; his is the same type but all plastic construction. I thought the stainless steel would be easier for me to push into the pineapple but unfortunately as I am now 86 years old I don't have the strength to push it into the fruit. My son was able to use it easily and also my eldest grandson; he and his family love pineapple and last weekend when they came for lunch he prepared the pineapple and was very pleased with the result. I therefore decided to buy a second one for them. There was a lot of juice with neat pieces; my great grandchildren (aged 8 and 5) loved watching the fruit being 'sliced' and of course eating it. It is a really good gadget.

Funziona benissimo: sbuccia e toglie il torsolo in un attimo, lasciando fette perfette. Acciaio inox resistente, facile da usare e da lavare. Un vero salva-tempo in cucina se ami l’ananas. Consigliato!

Facilísimo y divertido de usar, nunca corte piña tan rápido y sin ensuciar tanto, lo súper recomiendo.
