Old defective model
I bought this from the company's official store on Amazon but figured out several months later that I had an older model that put out about 50% the salt as a model a friend got before me from the company's standalone website. So this company is stocking their Amazon store with old models that don't work as well. Very disappointed and obviously out $795 which is currently the same price as buying direct from the company's standalone website. Horrible experience. Waiting for some other company to come around and introduce some competition into this market so this one company doesn't have a monopoly on $795 tiny blenders.

Works good but be careful how you use.
Worked well, I had been taking my daughter to salt caves for years after battling with phinomia and chest infections. It all seemed to help a lot but was expensive so I bought this machine which worked great but we were using it in a pop up tent she had (probably to small of an area) later that night her throat started swelling and I had to take her to the emergency room for steroids. This could be unrelated but worth nothing to use it safely in an adequate space. It seemed to help with congestion overall and helped with my anxiety. Just be careful with use.

Not what I was hoping for
While the quality of the machine seems good enough, the salt particles are not small enough to be beneficial for the lungs as I had hoped. I’m returning it.

Unfair
I paid for this item a little over three months ago and it doesn’t work now.$800.00 that I really couldn’t afford to try to help my 80 year old body and they will not let me return for another one.

Therapeutic?
Dispenses salt into the air for 5 minutes. I was very disappointed, thinking I could breathe salt air for a real length of time. For the money, very disappointing. Do more research before you buy.

Works for a few weeks....
It worked well for a few weeks, but then started making loud grinding noises and clogs up everytime you turn it on. The power button if finicky and you have to fight with it pressing numerous times before it turns on. The battery function is useless, I have to keep it plugged in always or it's dead from sitting. It is so loud now (it wasn't loud the first few weeks) like the motor is struggling?? I know it's a "cheaper" salt therapy machine but a few hundred dollars is still a lot of money for something that only worked properly for a few weeks.

Great little salt air machine
This portable powerful machine disperses extremely fine particles of salt that are almost invisible and doesn't leave a salt dusting on your furniture or clothes. Treatments are 3-5 minutes which have been helping my husband clear his sinuses and lungs which helps him sleep better. Loving this little powerhouse of a machine!
