I order this on repeat as I feel I do notice a difference in my body. I listened to Dr Huberman who recommended this along with tongkat ali. He claims it can increase your free testosterone levels up to 400 points. I take a week off this supplement once I run out to let me body adjust and not rely on it.

Great testosterone booster. I usually take two per day every other day and notice a difference in my testosterone levels. Increases energy as well.

Giving 4 stars as opposed to 5 because I haven’t taken it long enough yet. I am in the process of weening off the exogenous stuff and wanted something to stimulate FSH/LH. So far, so good. I do not recommend taking this when far away from your main squeeze if you catch my drift. Definitive increase in libido. I have not yet had bloods taken. Will follow up later.

Highest quality fadogia on the market.
I’ve tried many brands and this and Momentus (not currently in production) are the only two I’ve had noticeable positive changes from. It’s higher priced but the other brands I’ve tried had little to no effect.

Do not take 2 a day! Also try not to be single while on these.
Look, im going to just come out and say it, these make you horny af. If you are a single dude taking these you are going to have a rough time.Do not take more than 600mg (1 capsule) a day. The instructions for some reason say 2 and that is known to be too much in medical literature.Cycle off for a week after 30 days and then resume.Never felt any testi pain but did feel tingles down there first few times I took it.I take it immediately before bed.

Didn't notice a huge difference but stabilized my T Levels
After taking this for about a year, I've notice that my T Levels haven't decreased but they haven't increased either due to my bloodwork. I didn't notice any change in anything else ranging from libido or size either.

Great Product But Dont Take Long Term
I took Fadogia combined with Tongkat Ali and it does do what it says. They boost testosterone levels. I could feel the difference in my confidence, mood, and mental clarity. However, a huge downside is the mood swings. The longer you take them, the worse they get. The highs are great, but the lows are terrible. As much as I enjoyed having the boost, I would suggest looking for something that has less side effects, like Ashwaganda.
