Prompts Thoughtful Conversation
We read this to our four children, ages ranging from 2-9. This story sparked thoughtful conversation with our littles ones; we finished the story by talking about what it means to be thankful and everyone took a turn sharing something that they are thankful for. The story is well-written and the illustrations are very cute and detailed. Including God in children’s story books is always central for our family, so we are thankful for discovering this lovely piece of literary art to share with our children on Thanksgiving day.

Beautiful Story about Thankfulness
This book is perfect to read to your little ones this Fall. To help us all remember to be thankful for everything. Little pup is not thankful for somethings but his parents help him understand how to be thankful to God for everything. The story is sweet and the artwork is very good!

Gives glory to God in being Thankful
I purchased this for my preschool class. It helps the children understand about things for which to be thankful, and that the end result is more joy. It also points us to the reason we have thankful hearts. Perfect lesson for little ones at Thanksgiving. I love the sweet little pup, and the beautiful illustrations. This is a wonderful series of books by this author. I recommend them all.
