AutoTex PINK AP-614 Metal Windshield Wiper Blade with Black Frame - 14" (Pack of 1)

Well since I have gotten a new used truck I wanted to find some little accent color. Knowing that lots of different types of products support breast cancer I took to the internet to find if wiper blades do in fact come in pink. I was relieved to see that they do. Being a supporter for years of breast cancer awareness I decided to purchase this for my truck.I should note I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 and my truck requires 24” wiper blades. If you are unsure how to figure out what your vehicle needs there are plenty of websites that will help you find that out by typing in our make model and year.Packaging: The packaging is designed nicely and very informative installation instructions provided. It clearly has shelf appeal in my opinion. Unfortunately I have never seen these at any automotive store or grocery store in the automotive department. If I would have I probably would have purchased this a lot earlier. Now it’s been some time I have been in an automotive store such as AutoZone so correct me if I am wrong.Appearance: I absolutely love the appearance of these. The color pink is bright, vibrant and exactly what is picture in the photos on the product page. The construction is just as sturdy as my old wiper blades were. They are made with great quality. I did notice that they recommend the frameless Pink wiper blade for winter season and I might just order those soon so I will have them when I need to change out the blades.Use: They were very easy to install, being that I have never done it before. Once you do it you will easily remember later down the road how to install. The blades fit exactly and provide the coverage.I haven’t noticed any fading yet but I will update accordingly if they do in fact fade over the summer.They work great. Easily wipes clean the surface of my windshield as intended. They do not squeak, scratch, or have any sort of resistance. With all the negative reviews I am astounded mine work so great. Arrived securely packaged. They fit exactly as expected to my trucks manual size of 24”.I haven’t had to touch, reposition or replace mine. They have worked great in huge wind/rain storm going down the freeway. They continue to work great even after many rainy days.Price: I think the price is great. They are not too expensive and the quality you get for the price is amazing. I know cheaper made wipers that cost way more. The price is the same for black or pink just depending on the size you can order either color. I like the idea of being able to purchase the black ones and still donating to a good cause.I have noticed with ordering different sizes they don’t offer pink in every single size. Now that’s disappointing because if I wanted to purchase a set of pink blades for my Jeep I couldn’t. I think all sizes should come with the option of either black or pink. Now if they are greyed out because they are not in stock I might be wrong but it says that nowhere.Overall: I am very pleased with my purchase. These blades turned out exactly as I hoped even though there is so many negative reviews. Yet again I looked up my wiper size elsewhere compared to just relying on Amazon. They are cute, stylish, durable, and great quality. They streak free clean my truck’s windshield and have lasted through several huge windy/rainy storms. I have recommend these to my friends and I do get compliments. Although I know a tiny fraction of the proceeds go to the NBCF I am still happy some of it does. These blades are the best I've bought by far, lasting much longer than any others I've used in the past.One thing people need to pay attention to, however (after reading other reviews for these blades), is that not all vehicles can use the same design of blades, AND that not all vehicles use the SAME SIZE on BOTH blades...For example: I read reviews from two owners of Chevy Equinoxes; these blades are NOT designed for the Equinox. And the Equinox requires two DIFFERENT sized blades (24" left and 16" right). And AutoTex does NOT make rear wiper blades for this vehicle.PLEASE: before ordering automotive parts or accessories on Amazon and then calling up/posting bad reviews complaining about being sent products that don't fit, try using the Amazon GARAGE shopping assist!Amazon Garage allows you to enter and save your vehicle information for help with matching up parts/accessories. It will TELL you if something doesn't fit your vehicle. I have both of my trucks saved on mine and it tells me which truck things fit on or don't fit on. It's a HUGE help!PLEASE use this free service provided to you by Amazon... it'll save a LOT of headaches and arguments...

I bought an Ansco brand replacement for my Toyota's right side and it lasted just a few months and then fell apart in a rainstorm.So, I was looking around Amazon for a replacement and saw these. The price was great and so is cause. I have two ladies in my life that are on breast cancer watch. So I bought a set of these. One 14" and one 22" for the drivers side.They were a total breeze to install and work so well. I am amazed at how well they clean the windshield in the rain. Now we will see how they hold up to the Hawaii heat.Common guys, show your support and get some pink wipers. They look great on my white Toyota. I am thinking of getting the matching seat covers and mats now! When I took my car in for an oil change everyone just looked at them and smiled.

These windshield wipers cost the same as the regular black ones, so I thought, "why not?" They don't squeak or stick like some of the other reviewers had mentioned - in our case, they work fine. I didn't know that wipers are supposed to be replaced yearly, so I guess if mine start getting stuck or noisy after a year, I'll still be fine with this purchase, because I won't be expecting them to last the lifetime of my vehicle. And the best part is (and yes, I'm about to sound like a stereotypical woman, so my apologies in advance to all women everywhere), I can SEE my car in the lot when I forget where I've parked it! Those pink wipers stand out really nicely! They're cute. They work. I'd buy them again.

Ordered for my girlfriends Jeep Wrangler. She loves em. Fit good and work great.

Was better than expected

Received 2 blades for the front windshield. They fit great however, the material used does not seem to be as good as the originals. As soon as I installed them, I tried the wipers with the washers. The blades did not clean very well at all. They left terrible streaks. I put my old ones back on and they cleaned much better. I returned the wipers for a refund and will go to the dealer to but new blades. I do not recommend buying these.
