This seasoning makes a real Old West Style Breakfast Sausage bursting with spicy flavor. Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Pepper, Dextrose, Sage, Spice Extracts & Monosodium Glutamate (6.12%), BHA (0.044%), Prpyl Gallate (0.017%) & Citric Acid (0.010%) added to protect flavor. Combine 25 lbs. ground meat (85% lean to 15% fat), 1-2 cups ice water & seasoning in large mixing tub; knead well. Stuff into 33-36mm hog casings; twist into 6" links, or form into patties. Bake, broil, fry or grill in usual manner. Store remainder of sausage in freezer up to 1 year. EKC-886
