Tenzing
Use the powders before/during/after my football games. Fantastic taste and works wonders to keep energy levels high for 90 mins. Thumbs up from me👍

Revised review... after using for a race... Not great for pure sugar energy, good for caffine hit!
I bought this for an upcoming race having had one of their cans.... Wish I'd looked at the nutritional content and potential energy you get from it first... 19 calories for 100mls... 500mls from 1 sachet, so that's 95 calories per sachet, 22.5 grams of carbohydrates.... but... it advises max 2 sachets per day, as 500mls contains 160mgs of cafine... so 320mgs caffeine is maybe 5 flat whites if you drank 2 sachets.... which amounts to 45grams of carbs or 190 calories, which is not a great amount of energy for a long race... unless of course you love a hardcore caffeine hit that lasts well into the next day.... but it does taste nice..... Now I will say that the caffeine uplift you get from this was very helpful... And I must say it was a nice change to get some caffeine energy as opposed to sugary energy... So I am revising my 1 star to 3... If you like Caffeine, this can be a good tool to use when faced with a massive climb at the end of a race whilst out on a long ride, race or sportive... However don't rely on it for energy per say, as it is best mixed with something else that can supply you with the heavy carb load you will need...

Absolutely wonderful
I’m a fan of the can versions (which are sparkling) so I was a bit reserved about mixing the powder in ordinary water. But it tastes absolutely wonderful. I’m now a convert to the sachet forms and I’m drinking more fluid as a result too. The powder needs a bit of patient shaking to dissolve (or put in a small amount of hot water first) but is really worth it
