This product is a skin, so, you don't need to wash it off. Just think of it as a cotton pad soaked in a skin. Gently tap it to absorb into your skin and then move on to a following skin care.

No, it has a mild scent of lemon: this product contains "Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil" as one of the ingredients.
