Used for saftey switch on solar tracking array
If the solar array over runs the magnetic stops this is a safety backup to keep from breaking the drive motors and chains. Sturdy design and low cost backup that has already saved us money. Will be getting another as a alarm trigger on my own garage door. I've used similar repairing car wash gantry stops for more money so for great function and affordability this is now my go to.

Easy mounting, more than enough wire lead
Bought this limit switch to wire up a caution signal as a lower z-axis limit on my milling machine. Wired it so a buzzer sounds as I reach that limit.

Looks Good. Works for my project.
It appears to be a professional industrial switch. The switch case is metal, the wire appears heavy duty yet flexible. I'll find out how water proof it is. My intended purpose is using it as a lift cutoff switch for an ATV snow plow. I've wired it up, using the black and red (Normally Open) wires spliced as an interupt switch so I don't lift the snow plow too high stressing the winch, mount, or plow. I wired it to interupt the 'IN' switch, and NOT into the large guage winch power wires. Alas, It works as intended. I'm going to put a silicone coating over the switch housing once I've got the mount finalized. I'll advise as time goes on if it lasts.

Really weatherproof
These are sealed. Handles Chicago weather. Only thing is the lille bearing on the arm not as much. Still working, but starting to go. But four wires - easy. Normally open or closed (or I guess both...). I've replaced ALL the other brands with this.
