NOTE: I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, ALWAYS BUY LOADED STRUTS WITH SPRINGS, THE MERCEDES ONES ARE A PAIN TO DEAL WITH IF YOU HAVE TO TAKE THEM OFF AND PUT THEM ON NEW STRUTS. IN MY OPINION, THE PRICE IS WORTH IT FOR THE LOADED UNITS.The review:With some adjustments and tweaking, these struts will fit into a 2007 Mercedes C230 sport Sedan.***The struts are about 1.5" taller than the original -- had to use a small jack to compress the strut slightly to match the screw holes.***The holes for the sway bar links were small^er and needed drilling through (The sports model takes a slightly beefier sway bar links).***The strut itself has slightly thinner metal and thinner rubber hats (see photos 4.0mm vs. 4.7mm on original strut).***The welds are not as smooth as the OEM strut (see photos of both)The good news is that the spring and the hat components seemed identical to the original.Clearly this is a slightly inferior part but overall, for the price and most importantly because they come fully loaded with springs, they are a good buy even if you have to replace them in 5-7 years -- Again.

Problem with lower shock/strut plate on the passenger side sits 1/8" over the tire, while driverside is 1/2" over the tire.If the manufacturer could reach out and provide support I would appreciate it.

Fits good, did not have to do any drilling to make sway bar links fit. Came with all replacement hardware, car does sit higher than stock. Could also be the car is 20 years old and has 140k miles so the old springs were sagging. Would have been nice if the instructions mentioned how to turn the rubber top bushing to fit either side. It does take some force but it will turn by hand with no additional tools. Only purchased because my passenger side spring snapped, figured it was easier to just purchase these as original struts had 140k on them.

They went on correctly, though the bolts that came with it were junk. They seem to work correctly even if the car sits up higher by about an inch or so.

These do not fit c230 Sport, even though the fitment guide and the seller says they do! Sellers only resolution is to return it, they do not have the correct part.

A lot of people were telling me not to buy the full assembly because it's not so great but this one is not bad at all. It definitely improved the steering and bouncing of my car. These were easy to install you just have to have someone push down on the lower control arm and hold it down because it Springs back up. I'm so glad I bought these because I was going to replace the strut only and use my shock but then realized the top grommet had a huge crack in it on both struts and the rubber bumper was deteriorated. This was a great choice and the car rides really good.

The price u can't beat and it seems good quality stuff just a great experience all around
