Looks like the original. Spins like the original. Installed it, and doesnt work. I tried both the original gasket and the one that came with it since they looked different. No dice.Talked to my mechanic and the first thing he says is "You didnt buy one off Amazon did you". Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. Spend the extra money on the OEM part. Clearly it worked for some people based on the reviews, but you're taking a gamble.Edit: bought an Denso OEM IAC valve and it worked.

Looks exactly like OEM and works perfectly! The price was so low I thought I wasn't going to receive a quality item. I was wrong. $125+ at the Autoparts store, $30 here!I dropped a star off my rating because an EMPTY box was delivered. It only contained some bubble wrap! After finding Amazon's contact phone number and getting past the phone robots, they made it right and sent me another very quickly. It's only 3 weeks now, but it still works like new and solved my fluctuating idle problem on a 2000 Honda Civic.

Worked for maybe 3 weeks and then it failed. Not worth it
