Anna and Sarah Himalayan Pink Rock Salt in Jar, 5 Lbs

I eagerly opened the box and found a veritable sea of wonderful Himalayan salt and a plastic jar and lid all together in the bottom. I scooped up all the excellent salt into a handy glass jar (as it's humid in Western Washington in winter) and things couldn’t be better. Definitely would consider buying again.

Unfortunately the lid broke during transit and salt spilled everywhere. I would suggest a stronger lid, some tape, and/or a little extra padding to make sure the lid doesn't break too easily and ruins a full jar of good salt. Thankfully customer service came through and refunded the cost.

I smoke salt on my cold smoker. These are the perfect size and consistency to go in my grinder and also not fall through the steel mesh screen when I place them on my smoker. Other brands have lots of fine salt mixed in. I’ve even lost up to a quarter of my salt because it fell through the screen. This brand I lost, maybe a teaspoon from this entire bottle, which is amazing in my book.

I purchased this product more for DIY products. I was please with its ease in grinding different levels of hardness. It worked perfectly for my salt bath gifts.
