Follow-up: After 5 months, one of the 2-gang switches stopped working. I had two more brand new switches from this seller, I purchased several, two others were not working from the get go. So 3 in the row were essentially dead. I switched my stars from 4 to 1. I have others installed and am waiting for them all to stop working.From before:Must follow these install instructions not mentioned in the provided instructions, which are useless.They work once installed and before the glass cover is put on. However, once you put the glass cover on, it does not respond to touch at all. Once the glass cover is on, you MUST turn the power OFF from the central electrical panel, let the blue lights on the panel go off (reset), then turn the electrical panel switch back ON, and they will start working (this reset is required).They look beautiful but install is annoying, took us 3 days and communication with vendor back and forth before we got them to work (bought more than one). But I am happy using them.

I was kind of skeptical with these considering the price…. They seem to be well made. Fairly easy to install if you have some electrical knowledge. The only gripe would be if your walls aren’t perfect, you’re going to have gaps. These aren’t soft plates that you can tweak and get to conform to the walls. They have metal back plates so your walls need to be pretty flat. The sensitivity on the touchpad works great. I’ve had zero issues with mine.

The media could not be loaded.  Came quickly, but they need to work on the instructions. The actual touch sensors come disassembled. The instructions talk about installing but miss how to put the unit together. Hey LIVOLO, I do voice narration, contact me we will get the instructions clear. Other than that looks really good, and came without damage.

They look really nice.... but very limited capability, only work for lights. Will not turn on a ceiling fan which I found weird, all switches do that. Always worried I'm going to break it if I need to do anything with it besides turn on and off. The color lights seem backwards to me. I think it should be red when off but maybe just me. If you get a 2 gang (2 unit, fits 2 gang box) they do not fit together correctly. All in all just a convo starter when people see the one switch in my living room although not much to say about it lol

I got this switch in particular because the dimension cover the switch hole, is not so hard to install if you understand basic electricity you will have to split the load (hot) in to 2 so you feed each switches because there is no room to connect 2 wires in 1 terminal or make a breach, I only put it in my restrooms so the cleaning its easy, no wifi capabilities tho
