Q: Amazon needs to show the label's ingredients so is it pure L-Lysine no fillers or additives? Thank you.

No fillers or additives, so it is pure L-Lysine. And to be honest when I bought the flavored powder L-Lysine made specifically for cats (different brand)- I was able to see a white powder in jar and a few streaks of tan powder- it didn't stay mixed well and the tan powder was the added flavoring. This product is white granules. I mix it in with canned food- the added flavorings I was paying A LOT extra for was never needed and I was so glad when I switched to buying from Now brands, definitely a money saver.

Q: Why does directions say twice weekly? I thought twice daily.

Directions say--cats 6 months and older-1/8 teaspoon twice weekly. Kittens 6 months and younger -1/16 teaspoon twice weekly.. My cat was not eating for three days and would hide under the bed. After two days of this stuff he started to come around. Now hes back to his old self. I gave him a pinch twicw a day the first week because he was so bad, now im going with the directions. Good luck,,,cap

I just mix it in with the cat's food.These are the manufacturer directions:* For cats 6 months or older 1/8 teaspoon twice daily* For kittens under 6 months 1/16 teaspoon twice daily

Q: Why does this product have a california proposition 65 warning?

California does not include pet products in Prop 65. NOW does not add this warning, but some resellers add a warning for all products sold to California businesses or residents to assure compliance with that unique law in case manufacturers aren’t testing heavy metals; NOW does this testing.
