Q: Does this adaptor include the white rubber ring as shown in the "How to Install" pictures?

It does not come with the white gasket.

Q: Will this fit a airsense 11 machine?

Dear customer, Sorry that this product doesn't fit Airsense 11 machine. Thanks.

Q: Once installed, will the water chamber only work with the SO clean, or also without?

With the SO Clean chamber mod installed it must be connected to the SO Clean system else it will result in a large air leak. If not using SO Clean switch back to the original cover.
