Russell Hobbs 24550 Four Portion Deep Fill Toastie Maker, Multi

The square form dont fit regular bread size so toasties spill out, it isnt much deeper than regular toastie makers either so false advertising there, however it get hot quick which is good overall as you can cook a bunch in a few minutes, started cutting bread in half to fit them in otherwise the fillings will spill out and get in various crack between different pieces of the toastie maker.After a month:The anti stick surface is peeling off not even after a month in use thus food starts sticking to it and becomes almost impossible to clean off without using water which you cant do as the water will get inside it through the cracks so the whole thing is basically useless after a couple months use, absolute waste of money, no idea how companies that make their money making these things cant be so bad at making them lastJust dont waste your money.

I had an Aldi toaster like this for years that was only £20 and wax far superior. The depth isn’t very deep so you can’t fit much in. Just a ham slice and some thinly cut cheese saw the cheese oozing out the sides and back. Disappointing as it gets caught round the metal spring at the bank that joins the top to the bottom. Unfortunately you don’t have many options for a 4 x toastie so it will do the job but not massively impressed

After only 1 use the cover for the electrics has broke off and you can see it’s been melted, so you can see all the connections.

LOVE this hasn't stuck once since using(Plenty of butter cover the bread completly)Can get all my children's in one tasty go different fillings for each!! save me so much time and hungry tummys problem solved

The Russell Hobbs 24550 works well enough, I have made enough sandwiches with it, but the plate design leaves something out, design. Most other plates have a closer edge and larger interior gap, which seals the edges better. Sandwiches with a lot of filling just don't work well, the filling tends to get pushed out.That's a shame because otherwise it works totally adequately and is well built.
