Sub flooring, does this work for checking if my cement sub floor is level?

Is the laser line level , to what degree and how far and brightness ?

Class II laser product, output < 1mW In the measurement range, it can provide enough brightness, even if the surrounding environment is dark, and Design with 90° &180° bubble vial with LED lights for easier reading in dark work area. Long press the red button to turn on/off the light. You can also aligns plumb with the help of spirit level magnet. The line laser can also be used vertically with the help of level magnet.
