Hard wood solution found!
Fluffy head great for wood floors. Selective Powerful Suction though normal power is sufficient almost always. It's the best for sure and includes docking station; charging stops when complete. Useful soft attachments; great for dusting anything, even the tv.

Product breaks
I love this product until it broke and I cannot fix it. For some reason it does not charge and I spoke to somebody else who has the same one and they had the same problem at all. I can do now is throw it in the garbage unless you can help me or send me a new one

Too expensive
Has really good suction and picks up pet hair very well but battery does not last very long, can be a little hard to manuveur for some. Personally dont like to hold power button down to keep it on. Started to malfunction after two months. Definitely not worth the money, better off with a hoover or bissell

Absolutely NOT worth the hype
Our primary vacuum is a Miele and we wanted something smaller to use on our hardwood floors. The price seemed high but the reputation of Dyson convinced us to try it.The “Flagship” Dyson D7 arrived and our first impression was that it was a cheap, plastic toy. The accessories seems useful but again, seems cheap compared to the accessories that shipped with our Miele. The cleaning power is average at best on the “medium” setting. It’s better on “Max” but the battery doesn’t last long enough to finish the floors so we needed to plug it back in and wait for an hour or so to finish things up.Based on all of this, there is no way it’s worth the price being charged. All hype and marketing.
