Great little engine
Great little engine! It has been one of the most reliable and consistent nitro engine I've run. With an OS #8 plug and 20% nitro, and a slightly rich needle the engine will idle reliably day long and packs a pretty good punch for its size. Great little engine

Good running engine
Can’t say this for everyone-my engine came clean and felt smooth -I always disassemble, inspect, also cleaned up some casting areas I didn’t like -only issue…first head bolt wasn’t torqued - I’ve had good luck with this little cheap engine in the past -HSP .18 10th scale all aluminum modified street buggy -nice thing is the engine doesn’t kill parts -just enough power to have fun with-

Garbage
The motor started up fine , after the break in period ,it wouldn't run for very long ,then it doesn't start again ,the stars need to align to get this thing to run .Lost compression with only maybe 2 hours of total run time at about 5 minutes at a time when it felt like working.Waste of time and money spend the little extra and get original.

It's a running engine, cheap-ish, that's about all that's good about it.
This thing is...slow, slower than the original osmax .12 engine that was in the stadium truck. It works, but there is just NO torque, compression is iffy, seal of the head is somewhat poor. I did do the standard 5 tank break in of idle, idle-20%, 35% max, 50% max, 75% then a post break in tank allowing short 100% runs on the straight but no jumping. It also runs pretty hot (peaks of 140c) even when real rich on medium heat glowplugs I wish it had been better, but it is what it is. If you're curious it's running an RC10GT I rebuilt, but as soon as funds will allow I'll be buying a new sleeve for the old engine (if I can find one).
