These shirts will last far longer than they are supposed to with a couple laundering tweaks: wash them inside out and let them air dry. I have to replace mine about once a year due to damage and getting to dingy to be fluorescent, but the reflective stripes are still reflective and just barely starting to fray. If you avoid greases, oils and sharp snagging objects, you will probably get even more life out of them than I do. They are breathable and dry out fast. They hold their size and won't surprise you over time. It's truly a well made and cost effective shirt. Pick the sleeve length you want and be safe out there.
