so we tried other "big name" harnesses. we found the neck holes too small, and also rigid. the leather ones never fit right. this was my 5th harness i bought for my black capped conure. i love the material is stretchy like a bra strap! this means the neck hole can be stretched a bit -OR- if you bird freaks out unexpectedly they wont be choked like the other harness did (we had to cut that one off!). so i started all over with harness training and it is going well so far. it can take weeks or months if you aren't just forcing it onto your bird and thats normal. i look forward to using it in the future, but for now i'm just here to say i'm happy with the design. i also love that the least is detachable, which makes things much easier while training.

Good quality but it was too big on my GCC. My boy was terrified of it and although I took time training him I never got around using it since he passed away unexpectedly.

After reading these reviews i’m baffled by how many people are just shoving this on their birds. Your bird is going to try to chew and hate it if they aren’t desensitized to the harness and how you’re putting it on. There is a good tutorial on harness training & wing handling by FlockTalk on youtube if you need one. The harness is good, I haven’t gotten to the stage of fully putting it on them but i can adjust it perfectly and I don’t think they can chew through it that easily. The leash it comes with is great and seems really durable! Excited to try it out.

I like this my chicken also likes this well by my chicken liking this I mean he likes going outside because my chicken doesn't really like anything, intact he hates everything especially me. It's a little big on him but overall I really like it and would buy it again
