Cheap quality but works well
Material is rather cheap but they work well. They hold the abrasives well but the connection between the plastic and the metal shaft is the weak point.

Not 3 inches!
I chose this over others because it shows it as being 3" diameter in the photo when others listed theirs as smaller. Well, the others were honest. This actually measures less than 2-3/4". It does appear to be very nicely made and I guess I will keep it.
