can this bag be hot pressed?

I would say not. It's a nylon or polyester blend fabric.

Is this a set of 3 of the same color bag or are they difference colors?

Although it says set of 3, I only received 1. I called amazon and they kindly sent out a new order. Again, I only received 1. So I called again and amazon again helped with my order. Eventually I will have 3 bags, but it was a PITA to get all 3. False advertising by the seller. But amazon was amazing with customer service.

does this bag have a trolley sleeve?

John's wife: I didn't know what a trolley sleeve was; so, I Googled it :) Anyway, the straps (29" long) are long enough to carry on your shoulder. When the bag in on my shoulder, the straps are 14 1/2" long. I think they would fit on a luggage carrier.

What is the size ? I'm looking to use as hospital bag.

It is a very nicely' sized tote. I fit several pairs of shoes and two light outfits in it, with a toiletry bag... I also use for work to haul alot of paperwork back and forth from my home. I love it!!
