A Must-Have for Staying Hydrated – Especially After Bariatric Surgery! I am so glad I purchased this Squintier Zero Qwik to help me stay hydrated! After having bariatric surgery on 1/6/26, hydration has become absolutely essential, and this product has made such a big difference for me. Anyone who has gone through bariatric surgery knows that staying hydrated is EVERYTHING, and it can sometimes be challenging to drink plain water all day long. This has been a total game changer. The flavor is really great—light, refreshing, and not overly sweet or artificial-tasting like some other hydration products can be. It makes drinking fluids feel enjoyable instead of like a chore. I also love that it’s zero sugar, which is extremely important for me post-surgery.
