Solid 5v output. Easy to solder to.
Great little solar panel. I use it to power 2 cpu fans to help ventilate my chicken coop. Work's great. Easy to solder to the pads. Deducted a star because the clear layer was separating a little from the actual panel upon arrival. Easy fix tho.

Not powering a DC motor
This panel is not operation a 3v DC motor directly for a solar car.

Highly recommend no one waste their money on these
When connecting two of these solar cells in series I expected, in full direct sunlight, to have at least 10 volts at 1A tops. Instead I was barely able to get so much as 0.05A at 10-15V with both in series and direct clear sunlight. Could not even charge a 10V electrolytic capacitor or run a simple 5V 0.100mA RC motor. Absolutely dreadful products. Highly recommend no one waste their money on these. You get what you pay for.
