Dragon Ball: Complete Series Seasons 1-5 DVD Box Sets for Region 1 (US AND CANADA) by Royal Signet Entertainment

Not sure what to grade this, honestly. Product arrive in perfect condition. Each season box looked great. Well and safely packaged. But like other reviewers, I am having problems with a few individual discs, and I don’t know enough to attempt repairing them on my own, if that would even work. Most of the discs work perfect. Just a couple don’t. Tried them on several devices. Don’t know if worth the trouble to replace except that I want to watch the Japanese language version, not the English version I can find everywhere.

They resent the disks and now I can finish!!! They are great quality and the marathon setting is just fantastic it skips the into and credits on all but the first and last of an disk. It's fantastic! Thanks!Edit: The last three episodes of multiple discs are not playingIt started as a while but now it been on 4 disks and I'm barely on season 4... I'm not sure how to get ahold of the seller.... I'd be happy to update if I can get these fixed....

Going to be watching this and Dragonball z, when damia is finally released I should be done with all the episodes. Thank you for keeping physical dvds alive.

My wife and I watched all of these DVD discs over a few weeks, and we loved the story and the awesome characters ! It was so much fun to follow Goku and his friends, through his extensive training, competitions, and adventures ! Such a great fantasy world, with an interesting combination of magic and technology, and the world of martial arts, and conflicts between kingdoms and a global military organization. But what really makes this story so compelling are the characters -- especially Goku, whose profoundly pure heart, and consistently cheerful attitude, are a delight to see.The story is epic in scale, but feels very intimate, with Goku traveling the world in search of his grandfather's dragon ball, and helping everyone he meets along the way. Master Roshi, Bulma, and Krillin are like his adoptive family and his greatest allies. But, in his various adventures, Goku is befriended by many other people, including some who were initially adversaries. Some of the scenarios and characters are really touching, with kindheartedness and some sorrow.And the series is almost continuously hilarious and cool ! Often laugh-out-loud funny. And sometimes the awesomeness of the imaginative scenarios, or portrayals of astounding power during competitions, are a real thrill !I think this series has a rare magic and heart, and I am truly grateful that it exists and for having seen it.

The media could not be loaded. So happy to add the complete set to my collection just in time for Christmas. The Dragon Ball complete series 1-5 set slip covers and cases are thinner than the other ones Dragon Ball seasons 1,3 and 4 I bought pictured . The discs does not look bootleg at all and plays really great. Dragon Ball z Kai is next as well as the movies.

I enjoy the copy, however the video can sometimes freeze. Luckily mostly on previews.

Watched them all the way thru, every disc plays, a few needed to be tried twice. English dubs, uncut and delivered on time. Only advice I have is these boxes are not like the old fold out books and do not include a episode guide either. Other then that, play on marathon mode and enjoy the awesomeness! So happy to share these with my kids, and pass on the torch to a new generation of DB fans. Perfect addition for to the collection. Photo shows size comparison of the books for reference only. But, for the bargain price of under $60, well worth the price in comparison to the old books that were $30-$50 each.
