Stalk, Don't Run: Book Three in the Malibu Mayhem Trilogy (Nancy Drew (All New) Girl Detective 47)

I hear enough misuse of God's name in real life from vapid talkers without having to read it here in a book aimed toward young people. Spelling it with a small 'g' doesn't make it alright. The original and subsequent 'Carolyn Keene' never would have done that. I guess that's "progress", the kind we don't need. Nancy's wits in this book was dulled because she couldn't put two and two together and dismissed what some kids witnessed about a monster should have been an obvious clue. The abject stupidity of the entire group going into the walk-in freezer without leaving somebody outside for safety issues was too much, as was the really convenient rescue. The bad guy always knowing where Nancy would be and when was too convenient. The federal government should hire him for his talent. I'd give this book one star if it weren't for the fact that the plot was good. But it could have been written better.

Good book

Nancy Drew has been my fav since I was six!!! I love the more modern mysteries such as this! I was in love with this book, and the whole trilogy! It kept me reading nonstop, and it was enjoyable! There is no way I could ever be "too old" for Nancy Drews!

Love this book! Nancy drew does it again! Solving the mystery and catching the bad guy. Very bright idea for the whole series.
