Worth the price 👍🏻 Would recommend
I live in a basement, so it gets pretty humid in the summer and spring, making it easy for mold to grow. I bought this a week ago and it’s been working amazing. The first day I had to empty the tank a lot cuz it was THAT humid, but after the humidity was controlled, I probably only need to empty the tank once a day(keep in mind I only turn it on for ~3 hours a day, in the morning and before I go to bed). I also turn it on when I’m cooking because of the steam. I really like the inside drying feature, after I empty the tank I turn it on to make sure there’s no room for mold to grow inside. As for the noise, it’s a pretty noticeable sound, like one of those square window fans, but personally I don’t mind it cuz I love white noise. If you’re looking for a silent machine, this isn’t for you, but if you don’t mind a fan-like white noise, then get this.I don’t really have any complaints. This machine is perfect for my basement and emptying the tank is pretty satisfying to see how much water it collected. The main thing I think you should consider how important noise is as a factor for you.

The product didn't last more than one seasonal use.
I purchased this unit last year and it worked flawlessly for a few months during summer. Then it was dormant for one year. And now that I need to use it in the basement because humidity is 67%, it is working for half hour and the coils tart freezing up after. I re-cleaned the filter and inspected the coils and they look immaculately clean. However, after unplugging for hours and drain the water from freezing coils, I start it and freezes up again after half an hour.

does what it should
This dehumidifier is in an 1100 sq ft basement whose previous dehumidifier had broken months ago, so the relative humidity was quite high near 70%. I first set the fan speed to low and used the built-in tank to collect the water. It filled up twice per day. After confirming that the tank-full shut-off switch worked I connected a 5 ft long washing machine water supply hose to continuously drain into a sump. Despite a good fit, water leaked from where the hose connected. After changing the washer in the hose and ensuring a tighter connection it no longer leaked. The next problem was that the condenser coils were freezing after a couple hours of use. Increasing the fan speed to high fixed this. There's a lot of stuff in the basement, so it took about 3 days to bring the relative humidity down to 50%, but the unit has been operating without problems for several months. It shuts off when the humidity is about 50% and turns on when it is about 60%.

Worked well for 3 weeks
Worked well for 3 weeks then started making weird noises and running without collecting water. Seller tried to offer me 50 dollars to keep it rather than return which makes no sense. Why would I accept 50 dollars when I paid nearly 200? Piece of junk. Plus after complaining to Amazon about their initial refusal to refund a product that broke after 3 weeks of use, they are now emailing me trying to get me to remove my review. Stay away from this company. I had to go to Amazon to get a refund which is ridiculous then once I finally get refunded they want you to give them a high review. Pass

easy setup, unpacking, controls all well designed
VERY easy setup- even the shipping container was easy to open. Quite well designed packaging.Nothing complicated about the setup; instruction book is good but almost unneeded. Sleek unit, intuitive control markings. Unit does not require particular strength to move. The only disappointment is that it is louder than I expected- it is rated as quiet, but it's not what I would call quiet. (wouldn't want it in a bedroom or in a room where you watch TV or have conversations). It will go in our basement, so it's not an issue in this case.

Great little unit!
This thing goes to work! My basement was so damp and musty smelling. When I turned this on, it read my basement at a 68% humidity level. Within four hours of continuous cycle, it went down to a healthy 40%. I’ve now set it to automatic and it turns on and off as needed to keep it at that level. The smell in my basement is totally gone! No more daily damp spots on my floor. And, the laundry I hang up to dry is ready to fold within hours, instead of days. Very happy with this purchase!

POWERFUL, FAST. COMPACT. Just purchased.
I like that it is smaller than I anticipated and very powerful, the dump bucket comes with a handle which makes things much easier. It decreased my apartment humidity from 86% to 50% in a matter of an hour or two (I have about 1500 sq ft). The hose that is comes with, however... is 25.5 inches long which is only long enough for it to be placed right next to a bath tub. I’m going to have to buy a longer one. You can set it to automatic shut off after a certain period of time or set a preferred humidity % preference. With mushrooms literally growing out of my wall I’ve decided on 30%. So far it stays in the 50-60% range even with that setting... From my understanding, anything lower than 60% is good for mold prevention though so I think I’m in the clear to take the next steps in getting rid of fungus in my walls. Ew. Be safe and healthy everyone!

Easy to use- works great
The dehumidifier is easy to set up and use. I ran it overnight and it had a half tank the next day! It brought the humidity level down quickly. It’s display is easy to read too. The roller wheels are a plus. I can hear it running from another room, but it’s mostly a soft white noise. I need to hook up the hose to drain to a nearby bathtub in the summer so I can run it continuously.
