Keeps your nose from drying up, getting bloody, and getting scabby. I live at 7000 feet elevation so this is a daily product I use to prevent all the previously mentioned issues. It does not have a smell and is easy to apply to the inside of your nosrils.

In the winter I'm prone to bloody noses. My house is dry. This tied with my dehumidifier works magic before bed. It feels better than having to use vasaline (vasaline is actually bad to put in your nose regularly like I do I found out) so I highly recommend. The smell isn't too strong and it fades after about 5 mins tops.
