Doxwater F30304 Bathroom Towel Rack Shelf with Towel Ring Hook,Towel Rack …

We ordered this shelf/rack, and it looked like it would be perfect for our bathroom. Unfortunately the shelf had some kind of sticker residue on the surface which would not come off. So we decided to return it and order another hopefully without the residue. The second one had the unappealing company logo on the right/front edge of the shelf, which is NOT pictured in the Amazon photos. We didn't return the first one until after receiving the second, so I was able to snap a photo of each. We returned them both and do not want to order another without any assurance that we will be getting a quality product as presented on Amazon.

The pictures make the product appear much nicer and higher quality than it really is. The actual shelf looks like really cheap plastic, especially under certain lighting. The pictures show that there is no logo on the shelf and the seller answered a question in the Q&A section stating that there is no logo; however, there is a very visible logo right on the front edge of the shelf in plain view. With the shelf at shoulder level, the logo is glaringly obvious no matter where you're standing. The design aims to be a nice, clean, modern shelf that is relatively low profile and doesn't draw your eye too much, but the poor quality plastic and obvious logo constantly catch your eye, making the piece stand out and look like a cheap, tacky knockoff of a nicer shelf. The dimensions are given so I am not really mad about this, but the shelf is incredibly small. The towel rack cannot fit the width of a hand towel unless it is folded in half, and the shelf will only hold a few small items if you keep them tightly packed together and very neatly organized. I managed to fit most things I wanted to on the shelf, but if I'm not very careful and lift them straight up, I will knock a few other things over trying to get the item I want. The overall construction is pretty solid which is good. It stays firmly on the wall without wobbling at all, and the towel rack and two side hooks stay in place unless you deliberately rotate them. When they are rotated, they only move in the x direction with no wiggling or unsteadiness. Overall my biggest issue is the logo and the discrepancy in the appearance of quality between the actual shelf and the advertised pictures. Had I known about the logo I would not have purchased it. I feel like the shelf is a bit overpriced, and would be much better at $20-$25. If the shelf did not have a logo and either it looked to be the same quality as the pictures or it was advertised with how it really looks and at the lower price, I would give the shelf 4.5 out of 5 stars.

We are using this shelf in the nursery for diaper solutions and to hang wet bags. It came already put together. We just had to put it on the wall. It was very quick and easy. It's sturdy and fits our needs perfectly.

This actually has a logo on it for Doxwater, which is not represented in the product pictures here. It's the only reason I'm not fully satisfied. I purchased to use in the bathroom in a spot that is eye level, and the logo is glaring (even though it's in a neutral gray color). Makes it look a little tacky, and I'm reconsidering using it in such a visible spot. Was initially going to purchase another one as well, but because of the logo and how cheesy it looks in a nice clean bathroom, changed plans and am searching for another product for the same function.

I should’ve listen to other reviews that complained about the fact that the brand name was featured so prominently. I never ended up installing this because it annoyed me so much. Should’ve returned it but never got around to doing it. So let me just save you the trouble: don’t buy this product

This product is very good quality and looks really nice in the bathroom. The only thing that I didn't like was the wall anchors that it came with, but they were easily swapped out for others.

I love this product. I wasn't sure I would since I didn't want white (I wanted pink) but it's wonderful. The quality of the materials is superb. Now I want to buy everything in the catalog that came with my toilet paper holder.
